Is it possible for my order to be gift wrapped ?

You can ask for your order to be gift wrapped. This is a free service and will be done in a sophisticated Medium Fashion Gallery box. This service is not available when products are too big).


How will be the packaging of my order ?

Each order is prepared with the greatest possible care. They are wrapped in a shophisticated Medium Fashion Gallery box. Return services are free (only within Europe). You will make the right choice by purchasing for you or for your friends on www.mediumfashiongallery.com.


Are the price shown all tax included ?

Prices displayed on the website are the same as you can find in boutiques. They are the prices recommanded by the brand we are retailing. If you are making your purchase within Europe, prices shown are all tax included. If you are purchasing from outside the European Union, price shown are not tax included.

DELIVERY

Where does www.mediumfashiongallery.com deliver to ?

www.mediumfashiongallery.com delivers worldwide.

For countries within the European Union, we are able to ship to most countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. That way, all Import Duties, Customs Taxes and local Sales taxes are calculated and included within the purchase price.

For countries outside the European Union, we are also able to ship to many other countries on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). That way, the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase
www.mediumfashiongallery.com does not deliver to post office boxes.


What are the delivery times for my order to be handeled ?

We will handle your order from Mondays to Fridays.
Every order made before noon will be proceed the same dat (while stocks last) and will be given to our conveyor.


What are the delivery ways and the related prices ?

Our delivery service is made through UPS for France (outside Paris), Europe and the rest of the world. Delivery timing and costs vary with the geographical area.

For Paris : the parcel will be delivered by our courrier service. Our Customer Services will contact you so as to make a special appointment for the delivery (a time slot of two hours will be needed).
Medium Gashion gallery has a showroom-boutique 3 rue du Jour 75001 Paris where you will be able to come and pick up your parcel with no delivery fees. Our showroom-boutique is opened Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 6:30pm.
If you chose the pick up alternative, you will receive an email telling you we received your parcel.


For France, Europe and the rest of the world, deliveries are made throught UPS.
On each product list you will find below the general description you will find the shipping category the product belong to. To each category belong a cost.

I want to make a gift or my delivery address differs from my billing address. What should I do ?

  • - You are already a client of www.mediumfashiongallery.com : once logged onto your account, you can modify your delivery information. For this purpose, please go directly to My Address Book where you will be able to add or modify your delivery information. You also can modify or add a dleivery address directly when validating your order, in step 3 : Delivery.

  • - You are a new client of www.mediumfashiongallery.com : when creating your account, please go to your account, and My Address Book so as to modify or add several delivery addresses. You also can modify or add a dleivery address directly when validating your order, in step 3 : Delivery.

What happens if there is nobody to rceeive my parcel ?

  • For courrier delivery in Paris : the customer services will make a special appointment with you for the delivery (a time slot of 2 hours will be needed). If you are not here to receive the parcel, your order will be returned to our showroom-boutique 3 rue du Jour 75001 PARIS. You will then be able to come and pick up the parcel yourself from Mondays to Fridays, from 9am to 6:30pm.
    If you want to make a second appointment for the courrier delivery, please contact our Customer Services. This second attempt will be billed for the same amount of the first one.
  • For UPS delivery, there is three attempts. During the first fruitless attempt, the conveyor will leave a note. You may then contact the Customer Services of UPS (with your tracking number), so as to agree on a new date and timing of delivery. After three attempts of delivery, the parcel will be returned to our logistic plateform and reintegrated in our stock. We will then proceed to a refund of your order.

There is one item missing in my parcel or an item is damaged. What should I do ?

In case of any delivery or preparating problems, please contact our Customer Services as soon as possible via our contact form.

RETURNS

How can I return an item ordered on www.mediumfashiongallery.com ?

Returns are free in France and within European Union.

You can return any products ordered on www.mediumfashiongallery.com within a legal period of 14 days beginning at the reception of the parcel. Items have to be in their original shape and original packaging.

To ask for a return, once logged onto your Account, please go to My Orders. In front of the order you want to return, click on "I want a return". Please display to reason of your return.
  • - You order has been delivered by UPS : once logged onto My Account, tab My Orders and once your return request has been validated by our Customer Services, a UPS link will appear in front of the order. By clicking on it, your UPS label will appear. You will then have to print it and call UPS to make an appointment for them to come and pick up the parcel. To find the UPS phone number of the closest UPS center, please go on www.ups.com.

  • - Your order has been delivered via courrier services : please contact our Customer Services +33 (0) 1 40 26 06 74 (France and International) or +44 208 144 01 70 (UK) Mondays to Fridays (except french holidays) from 9am to 6pm (french hours), to make an appointment for them to come and pick up the parcel (time slot of two hours will be needed).

  • - You chose the pick up alternative in our showroom-boutique : please bring it back to us 3 rue du jour 75001 Paris. If you decide to send it back, shipping costs are at your expense.

What are the items that can be returned ?

Every products of the website can be returned. Items have to be intact, in a perfect state of resale, in their original packaging. They shouldn't have been neither worn nor used or damaged. They have to be perfectly clean. Every damaged or incomplete item will not be refunded or exchanged.
You can choose to only return one product of an entire order.


What is the deadline for returning my items ?

You have a legal right of 14 days as from the reception of the order to return every item ordered on www.mediumfashiongallery.com.


What happens at the reception of the returned items ?

As from reception of your parcel, you will receive an email confirming the reception of your return. Then according to what you asked, your credit card will be refunded or a credit note will be attached to your online account.


What are the different means of refunding ?

You can choose to have your ordered refunded on the credit card that has been used to pay.
You can also ask for e credit note to be attached to your online account and which will be automatically deducted from your next order.


How does my credit note work ?

Your credit note has no limited duration. Your credit note is credited on your online account. To use it, just logg onto your account and proceed to your order as usual. The amount of your credit note will be automatically deducted from your next order.

What to do to receive the newsletter ?

How not to receive the newsletter anymore ?

  • I subscribed to the newsletter but I don't have an account : please go to the bottom of one of our newsletter and click on "to unsubscribe, go there"
  • I subscribed to the newsletter and I do have an account : once logged onto your account, please go to "Newsletter". You will then be able to modify your subscription to our newsletters.

GIFT VOUCHER

How does the git voucher work ?

Please your relatives by offering them a gift vouchers, you may purchase on Little Fashion Gallery, the little brother of Medium Fashion Gallery. They can be used on both www.mediumfashiongallery.com. Gift vouchers available are worth 25€, 50€, 100€ or 200€. Add the gift voucher to your shopping bag. Once you reach the order page, enter the contact details for the person you wish to give the gift voucher to. We will then contact the recipient and tell them about your present. They will then be able to create their account and use the gift voucher.
Gift bouchers ahve no duration time.
