9. Should you not agree with certain provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on Mediumfashiongallery.com.
11. By submitting an order form, you agree and accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as the further conditions contained on Littlefashiongallery.com, also through links, including the General Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy.
12. Upon submission of an order form, MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY by LITTLE FASHION GALLERY shall send to you, via e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information related to the order form (General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the products' main characteristics, a detailed indication of the price, terms of payment, return right and shipping costs).

1. On Mediumfashiongallery.com, we offer for sale luxury and top-quality products. These products are purchased by MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY directly from fashion houses, manufacturers and dealers, carefully selected by stringent quality controls.
2. MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY does not sell second-hand products, flawed products or products of lower quality as compared to the corresponding standards offered on the market. Only vintage products, which are sold in a specific area on Mediumfashiongallery.com, may be second hand and/or in a worn condition because of the particular nature of the product. In the description of each vintage product, MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY will specify the preservation conditions of the products if different from the standards set by the market.
3. The main characteristics of products are shown on Mediumfashiongallery.com inside each product schedule. The products offered for sale on Mediumfashiongallery.com may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colours because of the Internet browser or of the monitor used.
4. Prices are subject to change. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.
5. All Products come with a label attached. Do not remove the label or relevant seal from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product.
6. Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY will not accept returned products that are returned without the relevant label or seal or that have been altered from their original status or damaged.

1. Payment of the product prices and relevant shipping costs must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form.
2. In case of payment by credit/debit card, all details (for example, card number or expiration date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to PAYBOX or other banks which provide remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access thereto whatsoever. Such details will not be used by MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY by LITTLE FASHION GALLERY except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase or issuing relevant refunds in the case of returns, in compliance with the exercise of your return right or for reporting cases or frauds to the police.
The price for the purchase of products and the relevant shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your current account only when the purchased products are actually delivered.

1. You may return products purchased from MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY, without any penalty and without specifying the reason within seven (7) working days of receipt of the products purchased on Mediumfashiongallery.com.
2. To cancel your contract with Mediumfashiongallery.com, we invite you to send an e-mail to return@Mediumfashiongallery.com, with the invoice number, description of the products you wish to return and optionally the reason for this return. We will send you a Return Agreement Number (NAR) to write on your pre-filled return form and on the pre-printed UPS (our carrier) sticker, both included with your order. Once you have this number, you will call UPS at the number written on your return form and arrange for the collection of the products. During the call, you will be asked to state the account number written on your return form - this will enable UPS to track your order. Exception for Paris delivery completed by our exclusive courier company - the process remains the same and their contact details will be indicated on your return form. For all further information, you can always contact MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY from France +33 1 40 26 06 74 or from the UK +44 (0) 208 144 01 40or by e-mail on service@Mediumfashiongallery.com.
3. In this case, you shall return the items to MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY by giving them back to the carrier within seven (7) working days. This grace period begins the day the items are delivered to you.
4. The only costs you will bear are the shipping costs of the return should you decide to return the products using a different shipping company other than the one indicated by MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY in the return form. However, should you decide to return the products using the package delivery company suggested by MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY, we shall bear the shipping costs for returning the products.
5. The return right - besides compliance with the terms and procedures described above - shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
- 1. we invite you to send us an e-mail to request a RAN
- 2. the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged
- 3. the label must still be attached to the products
- 4. the products must be returned in their original packaging (in the case of audio CDs or books, they must be sealed as when sent if you wish to return a kit, it must contain all the components)
- 5. the returned products must be sent to MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY in a single delivery. MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY reserves the right not to accept products belonging to a single order returned and delivered at different times
- 6. return items must be shipped back to MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY within seven (7) working days from the date the package was delivered to you.
6. If the return right is exercised in conformity with the provisions set forth in paragraph 5, MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY by LITTLE FASHION GALLERY shall refund the sums paid for the returned products, net of any shipping costs for the delivery to you of the purchased products.
7. MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY shall refund the sums already paid for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products to you only if the products are returned for reasons that may be due to MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY, as in the case where the products do not have the promised essential characteristics, have manufacturing defects or they have been erroneously delivered. In this last case you may use the return form.
8. MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY shall refund sums already paid as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY became aware of your decision to exercise your return right. We will promptly start the procedure for refunding the sums, after having confirmed that the terms and conditions stated above have been duly complied with, as indicated in paragraph 7.
9. In the event that your return does not comply with the terms and conditions set out in paragraph 5 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you will not be entitled to any refund of sums already paid toMEDIUM FASHION GALLERY nevertheless, you shall be entitled, at your own expense, to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY. If you do not wish to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY, MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY shall be entitled to keep the products and withhold the sums already received.
TopRefund Times and Procedures
1. After the products have been returned, MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY shall check the conformity of the products with the conditions indicated above. When MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY is able to confirm that such conditions have been met, MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY shall send you the relevant confirmation of acceptance of the returned products by e-mail.
2. Whatever the term of payment used by you, the refund procedure shall be started by MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY within thirty (30) days from when MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY learns of your decision to exercise your return right, after checking that the return right has been correctly exercised and that the returned products are accepted.
3. If the recipient of the products, as placed in the order form, is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the sums paid shall be refunded by MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY to the individual who made the payment.
4. The currency exchange rate for the credit shall be the same as the currency exchange rate of the original debit and consequently you shall not lose out in terms of bank interest.
5. MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY has chosen UPS (which can be contacted at UPS numbers) as MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY's official package delivery company for returning products purchased on Mediumfashiongallery.com. You may return products to MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY through UPS International by using the pre-printed label enclosed in the package in which the products have been delivered. This enables MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY to pay for the shipping costs and to track the package at any time.
6. If you decide to return products using a different shipping company other than the one indicated by MEDIUM FASHION GALLERY, shipping costs will be charged to you, and you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products (howsoever caused).
